I was reluctant to watch this movie at first. Then I saw somebody posted on Facebook that this movie has the WOW factor. I was reluctant because all the actors and actresses are not that popular. I don't even know some of them. I had watched X-Men movie before this that featured new actors and actresses, and I think that there was nothing to shout about. I will only watch X-Men series if Wolverine is in it, hehehe. *wink!

We wanted to watch it in Sunway at first. Remember you only have to pay RM 10 per ticket if you have Maybank account? Just make sure that the movie you want to watch is scheduled before 5 p.m. We arrived around 4 p.m. but the ticket for X-Men was already sold out! The next session available was after 6 p.m. Hmmm, no point of waiting as we will then miss our Maghrib prayers. So we decided to watch it in Subang Parade.

Managed to get two tickets for X-Men: Apocalypse. Not to forget the salty popcorn, hehehe. How can I concentrate watching movie without the salty popcorn?! Luckily, both of us did not regret watching the movie. Or else I would have sued whoever posted the status on Facebook, hahaha.

The movie was based on the time when Professor Charles Xavier was still young. There was a mutant from history who revived and claimed to have all the power in the world. He said he is God. He recruited few mutants to fight with him. His objective is to wipe off the world and create a new better place for everyone. So he claimed.

It was sad to see how people treated Magneto. I mean, he tried hard to be part of the world full of humans. However, humans still treated him as a beast. His daughter has this power to communicate with animals and she was killed. It made him angry and turned him into a real beast. He joined the muta/nt who claimed to be God. But he suddenly realized that there is more than revenge in this world. It was just in time to save Professor Charles Xavier, who is his best friend.

Seriously, we really enjoyed this movie. Even though the movie features new actors/ actresses, but they were all good in acting. I really feel scared when the mutant who claimed to be God tried to wipe off humans from the world. 

Oh ya, Wolverine was also featured in this movie. :) Even if it was only for 5 minutes. ♡
